Chiswick Park cleaning contract retained for third term

Chiswick Park cleaning contract retained for third term

Premium contract wins and retentions, the introduction of M&E services to its growing product portfolio, and new London premises all mark a ‘very positive’ final quarter for UK integrated FM support provider, Regent Samsic.

This year celebrating 30 years in the market, the company has been rewarded with retention by its premium London brand, JPC, of a 10-year long relationship with acclaimed west London workplace development, Chiswick Park.

“This is a high profile London landmark and retaining the contract to clean it for the third time both reflects the extremely high levels of service and innovation delivered by our JPC teams and measures the conclusion of a very positive year for our business,” says Regent Samsic Joint Managing Director – Sales & Marketing, John Critchell, “we are all thrilled at the news.”

A further JPC contract win is Burgess Yachts, the first yacht brokerage firm ever to receive the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise.  JPC will be providing services to the company’s executive floor and hospitality facilities at its prestigious and newly-expanded UK headquarters on London’s Pall Mall.

JPC has also won the contract to clean the London UK headquarters for Kvadrat and new build 7 Clarges Street.

Europe’s leading manufacturer of design textiles, Kvadrat showcases high quality contemporary textiles and textile-related products for private and public use at its North London showrooms.

Elsewhere in the UK, Regent Samsic secured new contracts with Actavis, one of the leading suppliers of generic pharmaceuticals in both UK and Irish markets. Regent Samsic teams will be cleaning at Actavis’s manufacturing site in Barnstaple.

Regent Samsic has expanded its service to the University of Law, adding further sites in London, Chester, Bristol, Birmingham, Guildford to the university’s Leeds premises, which the company has been providing for since 2014, and broadening its offer from cleaning alone to take in security, waste management, mailrooms and more.

Regent Samsic’s Security Division has also retained its contract to service sites operated by Pladis (formerly United Biscuits) at all of its UK facilities.

The year ends with sales and administration personnel from Regent Samsic London and new acquisition JPC Cleaning relocating to newly refurbished combined offices in Docklands’ Shadwell district.

“2016 has been a year of growth because it’s also been one of service innovation on our part,” says John Critchell.

“Existing and new clients like and want to buy into ground-breaking technologies and solutions and we work hard to be not only early adopters of these but are also positioned to be credible and effective deliverers.

“Anybody can re-sell innovation – putting it into practice can be quite another thing.”
