Graham Jessett has been appointed Operations Manager of the newly-launched Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Maintenance Service Division of national building services support contractor, Regent Samsic.

An experienced facility and project management professional with extensive private and public sector experience, Graham has held senior sales and operations roles in the sector with national providers including EIC, Amey and Douglas Wallace.

Regent Samsic has added Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) hard maintenance services to its product ranges as part of the development of a fully-integrated facilities management (IFM) package for the company’s 750 strong UK client portfolio.

Says Regent Samsic joint managing director, John Critchell:

“The introduction of M&E services is a logical step for this company. Prompted by client need, we have steadily expanded our offer from its roots in cleaning and security to take in related provisions spanning reception and front-of-house to portering, waste management and more.

“Graham brings tremendous value in his experience of FM hard services and we are very pleased to have him managing the development of our newly-launched M&E operations.”
